Bruce Crockett

Minister of Students

Bruce Crockett is currently servicing as the minister to students at Agape. Bruce was born and raised in Independence, MS. He began his relationship with Christ when he was 12 years old and was called into the ministry at the age of 16. Since then, he has been pursuing the call educationally and vocationally. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, MS in 2005 and his Masters of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN in 2008. Before coming to Agape he served in churches in Mississippi and Tennessee.

Bruce married his high school sweetheart, Jessica, in 2003. The Crockett's home includes their wonderful children, Kati and Isaac, as well as Jessica's sweet sister, Melissa. In Scottsboro, it is Bruce's desire to teach students God's Word. Also, he desires for teenagers to build lasting relationship with adults. It is his desire for God to work in the lives of teenagers and adults of this church "far more abundantly beyond all we ask or think." (Ephesians 3:20)
